Food Safety Works is proud to organize & exhibit a full-day public event in celebration of FAO’s World Food Day 2025, focused on the theme “Better Foods, Better Future.” This free event aims to raise awareness about food safety, hygiene, nutrition, and sustainable food practices through interactive and engaging activities for all age groups.
Key Highlights:
- Educational booths on food contamination and adulteration
- Free water testing for physical contamination
- Free nutrition counseling by certified professionals
- Interactive games, spot quizzes, and giveaways
- Drawing competition for children with prizes
- Dance and entertainment, including a themed fashion show
- Expert talks on food safety and sustainable practices
As part of the World Food Day 2025 event, we hosted two interactive stalls focused on core aspects of food safety and hygiene:
- Adulteration Testing
Live demonstrations on detecting common food adulterants in everyday items like milk, spices, and grains. Visitors will learn simple methods to identify unsafe or tampered food. - Water Testing
Hands-on demos on testing water for physical contamination. Emphasis will be placed on the importance of clean water in food preparation and hygiene.
These exhibits aim to educate the public on preventing foodborne risks and ensuring safe, healthy consumption—aligning with this year’s theme, “Better Foods, Better Future.”
Celebrating Success:
From the start, visitors explored interactive science stalls, knowledge-based games, and hands-on activities to learn and have fun. They engaged in challenges, discovered the science behind food safety, and took home exciting giveaways and goodies.
The energy and enthusiasm at the event truly highlighted the power of teamwork and collaboration. Partnering with Infofo, we created a platform that was both educational and engaging, making food safety accessible and easy to understand for everyone.
It was a day full of smiles, learning, and meaningful experiences—showing that impactful events are born from collaboration, creativity, and dedication.
