On 9th January 2023, FSSAI issued a notice related to the Approval of the Rapid Analytical Food Testing (RAFT) Kit/ Equipment/ Method along with the Application form.

The applicants must submit a separate application for each kit/equipment/method to approval@fssai.gov.in and pay Rs.2000/- + 18 % GST through online, as a processing fee for approval of a single kit/ equipment/ method in a single application form. The details regarding the renewal of the RAFT application have been mentioned as well.
