In Bareilly, the court of an additional district judge sentenced 5 criminals a life imprisonment after a proven food fraud in ghee. The case first came into the picture in 2009, when fraudsters were found converting vegetable oil into ghee using hazardous chemicals, under the name of an unlicensed firm.
