Imperfect Foods closed a $72 million Series C funding round led by Insight Partners. Funds will be used for continued expansion of the grocery delivery service across the United States. The company also plans to increase capacity in new and expanded fulfillment centers, expand its assortment of rescued food products and invest in enhanced technology.
