On 28th Nov. 2022, FSSAI published a direction regarding the operationalization of FSS (Health Supplements, Nutraceuticals, Food for Special Dietary Use, Food for Special Medical Purposes, and Prebiotic and Probiotic Food), Regulations, 2022. It is effective from 1st Oct 2022.
