FSSAI Direction: Regarding quality parameters of Bajra Flour (Pearl Millet Flour), Jowar Flour (Sorghum Flour), Multigrain flour (atta) and Mixed millet flour

On 27th July 2022, FSSAI issued a direction regarding abeyance to compliance with quality parameters, Alcoholic acidity in Bajra Flour (Pearl Millet Flour), Jowar Flour (Sorghum Flour), Multigrain flour (Atta), Mixed millet flour and Total dietary fiber in Mixed Millet Flour. Further, it has been decided to operationalize the revised Moisture content specifications (13 %) for Mixed millet flour.
