On 29th March 2022, FSSAI issued a direction regarding operationalization of FSS (Health Supplements, Nutraceuticals, Food for Special Dietary Use, Food for Special Medical Purpose and Prebiotic and Probiotic Food), Regulations, 2022]. The provisions of the regulations are enclosed as Annexures in this direction and they come into effect from 1st April 2022.
