FSSAI on the 1st of November, 2023 issued a notice instructing the FBO’s to furnish the record of usage of Oil, UCO generated and means of disposal of UCO as per the recommended format. The details need to be furnished to FSSAI within 15 days of the notification. This is mandatory for FBO’s (Food Business Operators) whose consumption of edible oils is more than 50 Liters per day.
