On 16th November 2023, FSSAI issued an order regarding all the FSSAI notified laboratories approved by FSSAI for testing of Fortified rice (FR), Fortified Rice Kernel (FRK) and Vitamin premix for Fortified Rice (FRK) should upload the test report on the InfoLNet Portal (On real-time basis). The test report will be invalid if the source of iron is not mentioned. FBOs shall mention the source of iron in the forwarding letter/sample Request Form.
