FSSAI: FSSAI Gazette Notification: FSS (Alcoholic Beverages) First Amendment Regulations, 2023

On 21st Aug 2023, FSSAI published a draft regarding the regulation FSS (Alcoholic Beverages) First Amendment Regulations, 2023. It shall come into force on 10th March 2024. Alcoholic beverages shall not contain any nutritional information on the label except energy content in kcal. The requirements regarding Malt or grain whisky are also substituted.
