Food Safety Conversation – Safe Bakes For Holiday Season

We all know that the holidays are a time for celebration with friends, family, and loved ones with delicious treats that can turn into moments of not so much joy if they are contaminated. But food safety does not have to be a worry this holiday season. This month’s food safety conversation is about food safety in bakery products, especially during the Christmas and New Year seasons. The panel will start with insights on bakery products and it’s safety, and how they can be ensured. We will also hear from business owners who specialize in baking and is very quick to identify or prevent any risks that could harmtheir customers.
