Food Safety Conversation – Global Challenges in Food Safety and India Perspective

World Food Safety Day (WFSD) is celebrated on 7 June each year to raise awareness about food safety. The day aims to inspire action to prevent, detect, and manage food-borne risks. These efforts contribute to better food security, public health, economic growth, and sustainable development. This year’s theme was ‘Safe food today for a healthy tomorrow’.

In this edition of the Food Safety Conversation – Global Challenges in Food Safety and India Perspective. Launched on World Food Safety Day 2020, Food Safety Conversation is a monthly panel discussion that we host on a a food safety topic.
