In this edition of Food Safety Conversation, we address the critical topic of food safety at places of worship. Our panel of academicians, researchers, and industry experts shares insights on maintaining hygiene and preventing contamination in religious food service. We explore the challenges and best practices for handling, preparing, and distributing food safely in these community spaces. This session aims to promote awareness and improve food safety standards where faith and food come together.

3) Dr Shashikanth Kunigal is a Principal Consultant at Food Safety Works.
On this occasion we also launched our “Safety with Divinity” program where we want to train the food handlersin the PoW and also provide them with a starter kit. The panel was moderated by Govind Valiathan , our Head of Learning Solutions.
Launched on World Food Safety Day 2020, Food Safety Conversation is a monthly panel discussion that we host on a a food safety topic. The panelists are practitioners who bring in real life experience on the topic at hand. The conversations are very candid and we are happy to include a topic of your interest.
