Dr. Shashikanth Kunigal has a Ph.D. in Food Microbiology from CFTRI, Mysore. He has close to 40 years of industry experience including head of corporate quality, Britannia, Heinz, and CII.

Surabhi has a PG Diploma in Nutraceuticals and Food Processing. She has a deep understanding of FSMS and has implemented them at multiple client locations. Her other expertise includes food regulatory and packaging and licensing.

Lalitha comes with a 35 years of professional experience as a research scientist, in thedomain. She is currently the Chairman, Scientific Panel on Genetically Modified Foodsand has previously served as a Former Chief Scientist CSIR-CFTRI, Mysore, FormerMember of FSSAI, Member Scientific Committee, FSSAI.

Balkumar has a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences (Microbiology) from University of Delaware and has an industry experience of close to 30 years of which 25 years were at Unilever R&D. He works with the clients to provide a 360-degree view of food safety.

Surendranath has a PHD in Dairy Sciences with 24 Research Projects and 90 National and International Journals published. He comes with an overall 35+ years of professional experience in the domain and served as Former Scientist and Incharge, Dairy Chemistry and Bacteriology Section Southern Regional Station at ICAR-National Dairy Research Institute.

Post Graduate in Food Technology from CFTRI, Mysore with more than 30 years of experience in packaging. Worked with one of the renowned packaging converter and having good knowledge of producing flexible laminates and printed mono cartons.

Mythri has M.Tech in Food Processing and Engineering. She has been working with a lot of food processing units to ensure they have a robust Food Safety Management System. She is very well conversant with HACCP and ISO 22000 and has implemented them at multiple client locations.

Kusum holds an MBA with a specialization in HR and marketing. She has over six years of experience in Training and Development, Performance Management, and Talent Acquisition, She is also an SAP HCM-certified consultant and She is an experienced L&D leader who has successfully managing the L&D and Talent Acquisition division independently.

Dr. Tripti Gupta is a Research Scientist in the field of Entomology and has more than 24 years of experience in the field of pest management both agricultural and urban. She has been working on developing products like traps, repellents, and IPM techniques for urban and stored Insect pests. She has also been imparting training on the management of insect pests as well as taking up contract research projects for Food Safety Works.

Ramesh has a B. Tech Comp. Sci with an MBA from IIM, Bangalore. He is a technology anddesign enthusiast. His expertise includes technology product design, operation design and organization design. He has successfully completed planning and design consulting assignments for production units and industrial kitchens

Mr. Abhinav, is an MBA grad with 20+ years of professional experience in the development of business operations, marketing and enhancement of value chains for the food and beverage sector and 6+ years of experience in MarComm, Branding and Design.

Ms. Tanvi has a B.Sc in hotel management & applied nutrition from IHM Mumbai. She also has a post-graduation diploma in kitchen management from OCLD. She has close to 10 years of experience in the industry including working with the Oberoi Group of hotels and running her own food & hospitality consultancy business.

Mr. Prabhakar has completed a bachelor’s in Hotel Management with nearly 28 years of professional experience as a Senior sous Chef and has also served as a Managing Partner- Culinary Development. He is a founder of Melaange Foods & Founder Partner at Megabite.

Mr. Nandakumar comes with a 25-year of experience in the printing and packaging industry. He has been actively delivering projects in Food Packaging. Barring off-the-shelf products, he has been active in developing Flexible as well as Paperboard packaging
