FSSAI Annual Returns Filing

FSSAI has made it mandatory for certain kind of food businesses to submit the quantity of the production through an annual return filing. The returns must be filed online. The last date for filing the return is 31st of May. Delay in filing returns will attract a fine of Rs. 100 per day of delayed submission capped at 5 times the annual license fees as per the FSSAI Order dated 10th Nov 2022
