On 17th November 2022, the US FDA published the FSMA final rule on the requirements for additional traceability records for certain foods (like Cucumbers, Herbs, Leafy greens, Melons, etc.). It applies to the US industry and foreign firms that export to the US. The deadline for compliance with record-keeping requirements is 26th January 2026.
