In the conversation our panelists included, Ms. Niharika Goenka, founder of Arugula & Co, a health food startup that has a single point agenda, to help you #eatmoreveggies, Ms. Aditi Handa co-founder of Baker’s Dozen, a company that openly prophesies their love for sourdough, the pate ferment, the culture of what makes a bread sing, and Ms. Surabhi Talwar, co-founder of Happy Jars, a company that believes that for healthy food to become a habitual part of a person’s day, it needs to taste delicious.
