In this edition of our Food Safety Conversation – Organic Foods, Safety & Challenges of keeping our food supply safe. The panelists for this edition were Sunil Awari, Senior Vice President – International Business at Namdhari Seeds Pvt Ltd; Bablu Ganguly, Chairperson at Timbaktu Collective; and Rajashekar Reddy Seelam, Founder and Managing Director of Sresta Natural Bio Products.
They addressed different questions, like: What is the difference between organic and conventional foods? Are organic foods safer? Why is there so much confusion about food safety?
Launched on World Food Safety Day 2020, Food Safety Conversation is a monthly panel discussion that we host on a a food safety topic. The panelists are practitioners who bring in real life experience on the topic at hand. The conversations are very candid and we are happy to include a topic of your interest.
