Food Safety Conversation – Building a Startup Ecosystem for Food

In this Food Safety Conversation, we explore how to build a strong startup ecosystem for food in India. Our panel of academicians, researchers, and industry experts shares insights on innovation, compliance, and market readiness. We discuss the challenges food startups face in navigating food safety, regulation, and scale. This session aims to empower emerging brands with knowledge and tools to grow safely and sustainably.

We had a very knowledgeable panel consisting of entrepreneurs, mentors and investors.

The panelists were Nilesh Lele Founder and Managing Director of Exelon Foodbio Advisors Pvt. Ltd., Namit Chugh who is an Investment Associate at Lok Capital, and Aswani Chaitanya the CEO and Co-founder of Timios. The panel was moderated by Ramesh Agarwal, our COO.
