Our self-learning courses are app delivered using our state-of-the-art learning management system. The same may also be enabled using a phone app if required. For optimum flexibility, the services we are offering can be in person (offline), online, or in combination, on-demand. Our Courses
Master Class

Our Master Class is an immersive online experience that is usually a four-hour session . Master classes are instructor lead and scheduled from 2-6PM on a Friday. The classes are conducted by domain experts and are helpful for you to get quickly ramped up on the topic. Each class has a Q&A section where you will have the opportunity to interact with the expert. The recording for the trainings are available on the platform up to 1 week so that you can review the content in case of any doubts. FoSTaC

FosTac (Food Safety Training and Certification) is a training program mandated by FSSAI, the regulatory and standards of India. Every food establishment is required to have one certified food safety supervisor for every 25 food handlers. As a training partner of FSSAI, we offer various courses under this program, namely the Basic Program for Food Handlers, Food Safety Supervisor for Advanced Manufacturing and Advanced Catering and other vertical specific programs on milk and milk products, bakery, meat and poultry and the like. The duration of the courses vary from a 4 hour course for food handlers to 2 days for some of the special programs.
As the largest training partner for FoSTac based out of Karnataka, we have delivered over 150 trainings. Our trainings are delivered by experts who come with deep domain expertise delivered online through our academy learning portal or offline classroom at your site. PCQI Training

FSMA is applicable to businesses within US and those exporting to US. Everyone exporting to the US will now have to update their polices and processes to comply with the new regulations.
All businesses exporting to the US require that a Preventive Control Qualified Individual should help your company ensure that they are compliant.
The PCQI-Human food is a 2.5 day course as per the curriculum designed by FSPCA. This can be delivered either as an online course or as a classroom course.

Technology Executive Development Program (TEDP) is our program for early career executives of Quality, Food Safety and Production in food processing companies. The course will be most valuable for executives with 2-5 years experience who are now much clearer about the domain, specialization that they want to pursue and want to grow in their career. This 2 week program covers various aspects of food safety which also includes hands on exercise to be carried out in the lab.
The program is run in partnership with Trans Disciplinary University (TDU), Bangalore. For students from outside Bangalore, who would like to join the program, accommodation can be arranged at the campus with extra cost.
