On 8^th November 2023, FSSAI issued an order regarding the revision of the option for selecting the validity period during application for FSSAI License/ Registration. As per the order, FBOs applying for new license/registration or applying for renewal shall be able to select the validity period of 1 to 5 years in their applications with effect from 8^th November 2023, with fee as applicable for the selected period.
