FSSAI has framed a draft Food Safety Standard and Food Additive) Amendment Regulation the limit of micronutrients in vitamin and Mineral Premix for manufacturing of fortified Rice Kernels. The required level of micronutrients per 100g of vitamin and mineral premix 2% Rate of addition of manufacturing FRK.
