On 10th June 2024, FSSAI Issued a draft FSS (Food Products Standards and Food Additives) Amendment Regulations, 2024 related to standards for ultrapasteurization, pasteurization, whey protein concentrate and whey protein isolate, textured soy protein, high fructose corn syrup (HFCS), saffron, juniper berries etc.
Any Objections/suggestions with respect to the draft regulations may be sent to the Food Authority before 60 days from the date of Publication.
