On 12th April 2024, FSSAI issued an advisory regarding the documents for proof of premises to make licensing applications in case of shared workspaces, especially for the following KoBs:

i) Relabller

ii)E-Commerce

iii)Importer

iv)Trade/Merchant-Exporter

v) Food Vending Agencies

vi)Transportation

Vii)Head office/Registered Office

FBOs can provide relevant proof of premises (Lease or Rent contract or any valid agreement in a court of law) between FBOs and the work provider. FBO has to provide the permanent address of the authorized signatory within any Indian state /UT. Additional Documents: GST, PAN/ TAN or CIN.
