This is our attempt to simplify the concept of food safety through short video capsules. In the busy schedule that we all have, this should help you get a quick ramp on the topic. All our videos are less than 5min and should be great share with your food handlers. Include them in your induction programs and if you have none, then create an induction program and we are sure this will result in an informed food handler. These videos are uploaded monthly, so please keep coming back to get the list of the latest videos.
